Account Executive

Vendilli Digital Group is a veteran-owned digital marketing agency that helps businesses and organizations improve online visibility. Our primary services (and ways we do that) include website design and development, search engine optimization, digital advertising, and HubSpot consulting.

Our agency is looking for an Account Executive who gets it, wants it, and has the capacity to do the job. Vendilli Digital Group has built a group of individuals that believe strongly in working together as a team to accomplish tasks and objectives on behalf of our clients while having fun doing it.

The account manager is responsible for managing client relationships and developing advertising campaigns that meet specific business goals. They should have strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills, the ability to identify new business opportunities, and experience with reviewing reports to determine whether strategies are working or changes need to be made.

Responsibilities

  • Strategizing, presenting, developing, and measuring effective marketing and advertising campaigns that meet specific business goals
  • Meeting regularly with clients to discuss marketing strategies and goals, as well as progress on projects
  • Coordinating with clients on events such as trade shows or conferences to promote their brands
  • Reviewing account activity to ensure client satisfaction with service quality and to identify opportunities for growth
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
  • Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships
  • Identifying new business opportunities within the client portfolio
  • Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes
  • Drafting and presenting proposals for new business opportunities with clients

Skills

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with project management software, WordPress and HubSpot
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

Ideally, this employee has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-4 years of relevant work experience.

Location

This is a hybrid position. We work approximately half the time in-office, and half the time from home. The ideal candidate will be within driving distance of our Pittsburgh-based office.

Salary & Benefits

$50,000-$65,000 (Negotiable based on experience).
